Refund & Return Policy
Because The Rotation operates as a curated consignment boutique, sales are generally final. However, we understand that shopping online can be tricky, so we offer flexible exceptions to ensure you love your purchase.
1. General Return Exceptions
If you need to return an item, you must contact us at therotationboutique@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery or pickup to request an exception.
- Approved Returns: If approved, items must be returned in the exact condition they were received, with all original tags attached.
- Return Format: Approved returns will be refunded via cash, e-transfer, or store credit, minus a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
2. Pre-Loved & Vintage Nature of Items
Most items in our boutique are vintage or gently used and sold in "as-is" condition. We thoroughly inspect our inventory and clearly disclose any flaws or wear. Minor imperfections are a natural characteristic of pre-owned merchandise. If an item arrives with a major undisclosed defect, please email us immediately with photos for a full refund.
3. Local Pickup Orders
If you choose local pickup, please inspect your items at the time of pickup. If you are unhappy with the fit or condition, you can request a refund or store credit on the spot. Once you leave the pickup location with your items, the standard 7-day exception window applies.
